Just renewed Merlin's Bar for another year of fun with GoDaddy.
Decided to go one year at a time as there is no discount with going for more!?!
You'll be delighted to know that at over 600 threads and over 7500 comments in the last year, Merlin's Bar costs only about 1p every time one of you posts a thread or comment!
Probably the cheapest bar in the world!!! :D
Now if only we could figure out how to serve beer!
This is the most read stories on the website of my local news paper the Hereford Times. It amused me that 1-9 are about the stabbing incident on Tuesday and number 10 is about how safe Hereford is :D
Nikon D7000
As it's just been replaced by a newer model the D7000 is available at bargain prices now, but it's still considered one of the DSLRs money can buy :)
Lenses haven't arrived yet so just the body to show. I hope the lenses come soon, I want to be taking pictures :D
You can just make out the comet in the centre of the red circle with the tail heading off in the 11 o'clock direction.
A friend and I went out just after sunset to try and find the PANSTARRS comet. When zooming in I managed to find it on this shot. Tomorrow we plan to try again but now I know where to find it I'll use my zoom lens to try and get a better shot.
Knocked my laptop screen quite hard yesterday and now the top 1/2" of the screen is mostly black :(
Thankfully ebay came to the rescue with a new (used) LCD panel for £25 :)
