Two years???? Man, am I behind on things?
I was reading just yesterday about this window/balcony invention from the Netherlands. It's a good idea in certain climates without insects. I was reading the pro's and cons and prices. Some installers were commenting about six thousand dollars being to cheap for an installed price (labor and materials). It's an interesting concept. Clay tile roofs would be quite a challenge.

I've seen this pic floating on the web a couple of years ago. I think it had more pictures of internal instruments too. Still it looks beautiful..very serene.
