Here in the UK we have a health organisation called 'Walking for Health'. It's currently run by a government department but it's out for tender to a private organisation to run it. McDonalds is currently thought to be the most likely candidate to win the tender!?!?!?! XD

I've actually seen a McDonald's beside another McDonald's in Florida... kinda like Hair N Nail salons in black neiborhoods.
