Don't get me wrong! I don't think anyone would make a good president anymore! Unless of couse, everyone votes for me! ;)

seafox, without drifting too far from planet earth, the republican choice for president in 2008 (who chose a real life dingbat as running mate) would have continued, with no end in sight, these trillion dollar wars (one of them being completely illegal) based on special interest dollars. we would all be in a much worse boat had that happened. so while obama was handed a basket of rotten bananas from the very beginning of his first term, no one can expect him to battle special interests on his own, but he could vocally lead the charge, and i am disappointment he hasn't done this yet.

furthermore, i'm never disappointed in republicans because i fully expect them to both accept cash from the lobbyists (especially big oil and wall street) and show zero positive vision for the future. :)

and i must add, as long as he continues to be controlled by special interest dollars instead of the voice of reason, obama is a soft-boiled egghead and a let-down. and that goes double for the senators and congressmen. a pity they have their priorities wrong still.
