To close the image us the X button top right or left click on the image, double left click to close in zoom mode. To use the zoom feature us the zoom button top left. Erm, it's about ~200km north of where I live, which is about 2 hour drive (if traffic allows, and traffic sucks here). So no, I haven't tried it. Nor do I see myself doing it either. I like ground to much.
