>>30889 At my local supermarket skinless and boneless salmon fillet costs £1.75 for 130g. That translates to $9.48/lb if my maths is holding up. It also warns that this product can contain major bones..... http://www.tesco.com/groceries/product/browse/default.aspx?N=4294770925+4294771030&Ne=4294793660
>>30889 5 euro for 2 pieces at the supermarket, I dunno the price per weight. I tend not to buy this every week as it's too expensive for me.
what does a piece of salmon cost you? At a good "farmers market" in Southern California, let's say "Sprouts", and based on this week's flyer, it's running $12.99 a pound for a fresh Sockeye Salmon Fillet
That does look good :D
My dad made it like that, except he put the shrimps in raw (without soy sauce). And he made it with tagliatelle, instead of only veggies.
Is this your own recipe; just throwing things together? They're usually the best, believe it or not.
stir-fried shrimp in soy sauce along with salmon oven-baked in aluminum foil, on a bed of vegetables.
