what does a piece of salmon cost you?

At a good "farmers market" in Southern California, let's say "Sprouts", and based on this week's flyer, it's running $12.99 a pound for a fresh Sockeye Salmon Fillet

My dad made it like that, except he put the shrimps in raw (without soy sauce). And he made it with tagliatelle, instead of only veggies.
