This use of the swastika is forbidden in Germany. They even censor it in games.
And Poland has different license plates.

The swastika is actually an ancient symbol of peace, but clearly that isn't the intention here. Perhaps Jeremy Clarkson is using this car to do some filming in Germany or Poland?

The Japs were brutal there but they didn't use that symbol. It may be ignorance or a 'fashion' statement, either way it should be burned.

I don't know if China allows freedom of speech to this degree or not. WW2 was very hard on China and their memory of it is probably just as strong as in most countries. It's bat shit dumb though.
