Apparently most salvage companies wanted to cut the ship in half before erecting it and sending it to the scrapyard. But only Titan Salvage and Micoperi said they could do it in one piece. It's resting now on the cushions on the sea floor, before they will send it to the scrapyard (where it will be cut in pieces).

They still hope to find the 2 bodies..

Have you ever heard the term 'rust-bucket'? If they put her back in service, it'll be like riding in a car that's been thru a flood. They always have more problems down the road. Maybe they'll scrap her.
