I suppose all states and countries have their own amount of tall tales. We in Texas just shout a little louder making others believe all our B.S. Back in the '50s people up north still believed we rode horses and carried sidearms. Well, maybe some do.

I have heard stories told of "True Texans" that could drive Jeeps up 90 degree hills at their Grandmother's residence.
