my cats are the masters of my house because they are there 24/7. There are some things they are not permitted to do, but I still always find dirty paw prints on counter tops and cabinet doors open when I come home. I love having them around anyway. :)

Personality glitch I suppose. My sister let the cats crawl up her leg and sit on her back but they knew if they even tried that with me they would see the entire room in flight ;)

I had some pretty good cats over my lifetime. Trick is to teach them just like you would a dog. They'll get away with things if you let them. I fail to see why we as humans let cats get away with things we wouldn't with a dog. I've worked in peoples homes and cats do whatever the hell they want whereas people would normally scold or whack a dog if he pulled the same stunt. What's up with that. Why in general do we do that?
