6.5x55mm Swedish before and after expanding. The long base and small expanded diameter show that this is a bullet designed for deep penetration on large game. The bullet in the photo traveled more than halfway through a moose before coming to rest.

>>14872 Can you imagine what that bullit would do, if it split up just like that inside you!?

pff, too bulky and and a huge recoil plus you can't fire it from without a suit-case

I think the gun hit him in the face.. It's overkill, just use a shotgun or a 45

I've never seen that gun before, so I was just kidding anyway! ;D

25/02/12(Sat)15:19

Have to more or less agree with you as the stats say 4 feet long and all the pictures I've seen...ain't so. The picture here doesn't show no damn 4 feet gun..you can watch this cannon on youtube. MF really has recoil.

The gun is not that big! The guy holding it is just really small! ;D

25/02/12(Sat)13:34

Weighs in at 6.000kg (13.2 lbs). 4.3 ft long. Bullets 28mm and cost $40 each. Gun costs $16,000 dollars. Weight helps control accuracy. Muzzle energy equals 11 kilojoules which is 8,100ft. lbs. (hella-va-kick). One web site (10 largest hand guns) said it's U.S. made and Wikipedia says it's Australian. The projectile is 8mm larger than a 20mm cannon used to shoot tanks, airplanes, ect. As told, a rediculous waste of lead.

Holy mother of in-laws, what a bfg!!
How much does that thing weighs and what would the kick-back be?
