Police orders are "Shoot to kill" Entire town on lockdown! Four school districts closed! People ordered to stay inside!
Update: Now only four animals left!

There's all kind of knock-out darts available (I've seen them work on elephants) and I'm not understanding why they can't work on one tiger. I think people just like to shoot things and kill it.

In cases like these, he's supposed to shoot the wife first, then himself! And if he would have just left the animals in their cages, they could have been saved and cared for!

Jack Hanna just now said they had to kill 18 Bengal Tigers! :'(
There are more Bengal Tigers in captivity, than there are in the wild!

There are now three animals left! One of them is a monkey!
The Bengal Tiger was killed! :(
They tried to sedate it, but it wasn't working!

This is a very sad case, but it's worth noting that the order to shoot to kill was given as night was approaching and dealing with sedated or only partly sedated animals in the dark is extremely dangerous so sadly killing them was required for peoples safety. It's hoped that any of the remaining animals will be found in the daytime and can be sedated.
