I had a small issue of not seeing the bios when using an older graphics card (GTX 1060) in combination with my new LG 34" monitor. As it turns out you need to update the gpu firmware (pre-RTX cards lack the latest DP version).
It's exactly this kind of bullshit that made me switch to Linux :/
Glad you got it sorted. Other than the extra bullshit it looks like a sweet setup.
Google are just as bad with Android. The battery saving bullshit in android 13 will completely fuck up and kill any background service you might want to use!?! I couldn't figure out why my phone was fucking up so much. Once I turned off the battery saving bullshit it was good again. So fucking stupid!
It took me 2 whole days to install Windows because the mobo didn't have any lan and/or wifi driver(s). During the newest W11 installation it requires you to turn on wifi or lan, however because the board doesn't have any you can never finish the setup. Weirdly enough you can press shift+F10 to start the terminal but can't type anything --like wtf?!!--
So I used Rufus to circumvent the required MS online activation and voila I'm in baby. Hacked! ;) I was this -><- close to install linux or refund the cpu and board. But all's well now.
I didn't have any issue with any previous build, so I'm blaming both Microdick and Anus.
