Don't they use a lot of (PUR) foam too?

As to meth, most likely not no, but most definitely some form of narcotics had to be used.

I fear that those round portions of the body and wheels are pool noodles. This took an extraordinary amount of effort to do these mods. The execution is a lot more accomplished than I would expect from a meth head. I'd blame it on JDM mod culture, but they dressed it up as a BMW. Prank mod for the sake of comedic value is my hope for explanation. It wouldn't be the first time An apology was owed by California. Maybe this is Vis45's car?
