Sipping it pure is the way to go.

I just bought 6 litres of gin so I hope to start making some more soon :D

05/04/19(Fri)10:54

I'm going with pure.

Now, how is the best way to drink this? Still with tonic? Or pure? Chug it in one go or nipping?

Well, I separated the fruits from the gin and the raspberry taste very strong and luckily the alcohol too :)

I put the fruit in a container and stored it in the freezer for a later date. The gin I poured back in the original bottle. Currently I'm test tasting my first diy gin. I was worried it would be too sweet but thank our lord Roland it doesn't.

I thank you, JesusChrist, and I'll drink to that! ;)

Thank you, dude!

...and too much sugar would make it like syrup, so you could either dilute it with water, or gin, or use it as a syrup on ice cream :D

04/01/19(Fri)13:47

Nice! You can always add more sugar if it isn't sweet enough.
