It came from a tribe of Visi-Goths(nomadic people) hence, Fowler. In France..Fugelere (poacher). I read that list and was surprised to see Kevin Spacey was born Kevin Fowler. Possibly, the engineers and developers thought it would be a good idea if the driver could see the watercraft straight ahead without cranking his/her head sideways to view it (as in an overhead bridge). I can see a safety issue here. Prestige too.

By the pictures, Gouwe appears to be a beautiful city; being very clean and well kept. Do the Dutch provinces each have their own flag as we have individual state flags? Have you traveled under that ditch?
