goodgrief, the audio comes from the original House of Cards that aired on the BBC.

Each month, they pick a new audio clip. For June, it's an 11 second clip of sound effects from an action sequence from "Kung Fu Hustle". Don't know if I'll enter because it is extremely time consuming. But maybe I will.. Due date is end of the month.
