Tire truck accident report

First: on/off topic doesn't matter here.
Second: Technically the driver saw it coming (the tire) and drove into it. I'll leave it open to debate ;)
Third: This was in the UK, the driver sits on the wrong side (and so is the steering wheel). He had no passenger.

I know I get off-topic on some of your posts but here goes anyway...Did you notice this car did not hit something to cause this; something FELL on it. I don't see how the driver could have survived.
