I may be socially liberal, but that doesn't mean soft on crime. I would champion the return of public capital punishment, such as hangings, or an eye-for-an-eye policy. I believe it would serve as a deterrent, when we deeply need it. The legal system, among other things, is so incredibly rigged and convoluted that there really isn't any consistent, reasonable justice anymore.

Zimmerman, love him or hate him, should have at least had both of his hands chopped off so he could never kill anyone again.
