I'm thinking toll lane cross-over or something. I'll bet those poor slobs that live near by love the constant noise 'cause I see no 'sound walls'.

Luckily, I live just south of LA and never have to drive on that mess. BUT, it looks like those are "fast-trak" or toll lanes and you can stop under the bridge to make a payment? Or it's a drive-thru starbucks.
