After 25 years, one may apply for classic plates here (no extra charge). My van's 31 yrs. old so I figured "What the heck". These letters showed up. Go figure.

You guys DID see the "GG", didn't you. I hadn't noticed the "96" nor the "BJ" and it's good you pointed that out. Helluva license plate.
