Thanks for the information. Id much rather have something like this than one of those yachts. Looking at the technical data, it stated that yachts spend 80% of their time tied up to a peir. True and the berthing fees are outrageous. This "island" would incur none of those charges. The power system is great and it has lots of room for guests.
