Try to imagine that "holding the rope" is not his only job! He could be anything from a physician, to a launch technician!

Easy to see how the space program racked up monsterous fees to the taxpayer. Wonder what the salary was to the guy holding the rope and if he needed a PHD in 'rope holding'. NASA is quickly becomming a ghost town here in Houston now that the government in out of space exploration. Hopefully private companies will do better and my tax dollars can be moved towards more wellfare checks.
