Ok, I'll bite:
Top left corner a Sentry/Caretaker of Laputa from Castle in the sky. Isn't that Robbie from Lost in Space near him to the right and then Maximilian from The Black Hole in red.
Bill and Ted bots from Bogus Journey. Scooter from Go Bots! between Terminator and 3-PO.
Some of them I can't name but I know what show they're from like The Bicentennial Man, Red Dwarf, Logan's Run, I Robot, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, The Accountant Robot from Duck Tales - When Fenton is revealed to be none other than Gizmoduck! close to Bender. Above Bender is the main character from a spinoff of Batman Beyond called Project Zeta. Next to Bender is Wall-E's "girlfriend" next to the Tin Man and near a Dr. Who baddie - technically not a robot. Big Guy from ... & Rusty - again not technically a "robot". THe Owl from the original Clash of the Titans, Rosie from The Jetsons, The "new" Tin Man from the sequel to The Wizard of Oz made in the 90's. Both bots from Buck Rogers are here too as well as Alpha-1 from Power Rangers.
My all-time favorite would have to be the adding machine robot underneath 3-PO in the red.
