Just got my van back!

After sitting for 2 years, then being sold,then somehow bought back,sitting another year,and being towed 4 times, my vans on the road. Not to mention the 3 mechanics who will never work on Vanagons again after working on mine.

I found some crack. It was under the original plastic panels. Side panels are gone, have plenty of rust to do away with then its on to the bumpers.

So the brown stuff out the window is pure bottled up love in dog form. The brown stuff out the door, that's rust, I like Classic paint thought, has a better ring to it. The classic paint is slowly disappearing an being replaced with cheap spray paint for now. Tomorrow I'll snap a picture of my newly discovered rust hole, I'll call it an oxidation port.
