I disagree, the 'mouse' has to first slowly find the best and fastest route and then has to prove it. All without any external interference and/or guidance.
I like the solving the maze part but the final speed run seems kinda pointless. The precision at speed is impressive though.
For a long time I've wanted to make a scaled down Mars rover that I could have autonomously explore my garden. Maybe one day I'll get the time to make it :/
