Yup, Those Welsh folks have a lot to answer for!
I live only 15 miles from the welsh border and have to remain constantly vigilant in case one turns up and starts speaking nonsense or scaring sheep! This is why when you go in to Wales on the M4 motorway it's free to get in, but you have to pay to get back to England! :D
