Without checking the net, WHAT is the largest killer of opposums?

my friend was telling me her sister's dog loves to kill possums too! But one day, the dog didn't finish the job and left the possum still barely alive, beaten and bloody, and laboring to breath. The owner didn't know what to do with it (this is Southern California, mind you) so he drove it to the nearest nature reserve and set it free when no one was looking.

anyway, i'd say people in their cars are the largest killer of possums. armadillos too, i think..

I've done a few of them in but felt badly so I started taking them down to the bayou (few miles away). They're an amazing little creature and are really good to have around. The answer might surprise you. Does Holland have opposums?
