I've changed my deduction after seeing more pictures. The sharp curve (top left) and too much speed causes the truck to tip over. Driver slows down to correct the tipping, truck is under the bridge by this time and truck tips back and becomes lodged in the steel overhead. The jack is installed by the firemen so it won't fall on it's side.

That's what I thought also because the very front isn't damaged from hitting the overhead. That means it slid in on its side. Now notice the damage the jacking up is doing and that driving out will be close to impossible. I just can't figure this out.
