We go to the trouble of posting signs in English that say "Speed bumps ahead" but half the people in Houston can't read English so they forge ahead and tear out the front end.

If a person was really slow on the uptake, he might take it to mean.."Slow--people fucking in street" or "Caution, dead body in road".

Another: "If you're walking, you can stroll under all this shit".
